Hello all! Our Saturday morning shout-outs highlight a post/article/book/other that I’ve come across lately that deserves exactly that: a ‘shout-out.’ The goal here is to hopefully introduce my readers to other authors or bloggers that have had an impact on me, my writing, and my life.
This week’s shout-out is:
Identity Theft from Dan over at Fired and Free. Imagine you grow a business from an idea in your mind 10 years ago. You nurture that idea, turn it into a profitable business, hire a bunch of employees, and drive the ship toward success. After 10 years, you are CEO of a multi-million dollar business. Then, one day after a board meeting you’re fired – and everything you thought you knew about your life isn’t as it had appeared. How would you handle that situation?
Well here’s how Dan handled it and this one is as honest and raw as it gets. I couldn’t imagine being in that position but his story is additional evidence that preparing for the unexpected – and staying even keel – is oh so important. Check this one it, it’s a great read.
Thanks for reading!
