Our Saturday morning shout-outs highlight a post/article/book/other that I’ve come across lately that deserves exactly that: a ‘shout-out.’ The goal here is to hopefully introduce my readers to other authors or bloggers that have had an impact on me, my writing, and my life.
This week’s shout-out is: How to Find Motivation to Work Out Consistently (And Save Money too) by Miguel at The Rich Miser
Miguel over at The Rich Miser has come up with another gem here. You get these comments all the time: “We need to exercise consistently! Eat Healthily! Prioritize fitness! … But the unfortunate thing is that those comments don’t come with a game plan. There’s no “how” – only “what.” And if you don’t know what you’re doing, well then the “what’s” will only take you so far.
I’m working behind the scenes to provide a more detailed “how” but I gotta give some props to Miguel with this post. Rather than beating you over the head with what you have to do, he provides some context and an actual plan of what to do. He details his daily workout procedure, which starts well before lacing up the shoes. Head on over and check this one out!
